I scheduled a time to get some recall work done. This was after my service appointment from my previous weeks appointment to rotate tires and oil change. I am sure they had to know these items were known items to correct? So had to make the extra trip. When I arrived, no one met me. I went inside and had to find someone to help me. Once contact was made with the agent, he was very prompt and courteous. I was told it would be at least 2.5 hrs. I inquired why and no answer was provided. The two recall items took approximately 1.5 hrs+ to complete. Note the invoice says a little over an hour, but I was not contacted by anyone until approximately 15:35. It seemed like a long to me, to know I was coming, have the parts available and plug and play, but more importantly, the car was finished and just sat for nearly 30minutes before advising it was finished.
