Christian Diaz was dishonest and unprofessional. He was careless and had no regards to his mistake. Christian failed to contact me to bring my car back to be checked. It was over a month and a half He was careless and had no regards to his mistake. Christian failed to contact me to bring my car back to be checked. It was over a month and a half and I had to contact him because my check engine light turned on. Also, he stated I needed my water pump replaced and it would cost $1300.00 and I declined. I got a second opinion and I did not need my water pump replaced! I have always taken my car to Mac haik Chevrolet and I will never do that again because of my experience with Christian Diaz. More

The whole process was excellent. I was really impressed with the sales person Saimara, and the finance did an excellent job as well, this was the first car I bought that i did not ha I was really impressed with the sales person Saimara, and the finance did an excellent job as well, this was the first car I bought that i did not have to wait 3 hours between agreeing to buy the truck and doing the financing. Also Kayla made sure the bed cover was installed and it is professional and only took a couple of hours to complete. So I would say this is my best experience with a dealership. More

After purchasing a 2024 Tahoe premiere I noticed and oil leak in my garage. Thinking it was just the drain pan plug that needed tightening, I went by the dealership to have it checked. Turns out it was not leak in my garage. Thinking it was just the drain pan plug that needed tightening, I went by the dealership to have it checked.
