I was disappointed with my service rep. He provided a text message telling me they communicate with the customer via text message. I physically went back to the dealership to find out the status and he apologized and said they haven't had time to look at my vehicle. More

As usual the folks in the quick lube did a great job. Had a tire that had a huge screw in it so was losing air rapidly. Unfortunately, repair was not possible so had to buy a new tire.
