The service department at Mac Haik is not competent. I took my new truck in due to the breaks making a squealing noise. I was told by my “Service Advisor” that the brake noise was “normal”. Took 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and inspection. I was there first and watched people park on the side and go infront of me.
