My friends and I bought 9 the same car for this dealership. And we like being this company customer. when I come to the service department . The customer service people are very nice . But the people who works oil , tire and other people they don’t really care about customers. My yesterday experience is so sad . My tire is new and totally patchable . But they don’t want to patch instead of patching they insisted me to change . Because they reduce their labour effort . After that they charge for changing tire 72 dollar . And the tire 200 and oil change and other unexplained inspections total more than 342 dollar . Which is out of my plan and their negligence. So sad . My friends also had the same experience. But they didn’t give rate . More
