I went to Maik Haik this morning 10/1/24 to have my radio replaced on my 2023 silverado truck. I have been having problems with this I purchased the truck. I brought my car in for an oil change and to address 2 recalls. I also asked about seeing to an electrical issue that the service department had failed to address at my last appointment. They refused to address the electrical issue and told me I would have to make an additional appointment. I received a call at about 8:30am from the service provider and inquired when the car would be ready. He stated 1.5 to 2 hours. I did not hear anything back after that. At 4:30pm, we went back to see if the car was done. Not only was it not done, they said there were 20 cars ahead of mine because they were “behind” on the recall. No one had called to inform me of this. After another 30 minutes, they returned my car to me with the tire pressure on 3 wheels low (they were not this way when I dropped the car). I inquired and they added air to the tires, which took another 20 minutes. More

I’ve been buying vehicles from Mac Haik for years! I liked the selection. I thought pricing was competitive. I thought service was good. Service, in particular, has gone downhill. Chris is great! I’ve been trying since July to get a differential issue fixed. This is at least the third return trip. It is a warranty issue and GM finally agreed to replace the differential. Delay has been availability of loaner cars. I live in Kingwood…40+ miles away. I need a loaner car to leave my car several days. This was not a problem in the past. Now it is…every time! Think I need a new dealer! More
