Great service, however not happy with the overall situation of having to replace a transmission component at 62,500 miles. Especially since I took it in for service at 55 complaining of the transmiss situation of having to replace a transmission component at 62,500 miles. Especially since I took it in for service at 55 complaining of the transmission feeling like it is shifting. I traded in a Chevy Crew cab and Equinox to purchase this vehicle. Never had any issues with those nor the several other trucks I have owned. Not sure how long this repair or Will last or if I will have the vehicle paid off before I have any more major issues I never expected to face from a Chevy. A Dodge, Ford for sure. But man, I have always been a Chevy man and this really has me second guessing my next investment. More

The service department at Mac Haik is not competent. I took my new truck in due to the breaks making a squealing noise. I was told by my “Service Advisor” that the brake noise was “normal”. Took 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and inspection. I was there first and watched people park on the side and go infront of me. My truck was the first vehicle in line, under yalls awning but everyone t I was there first and watched people park on the side and go infront of me.
