Kurt Sheet was excellent and everything that a real car salesman should be, even dealing with the disadvantages of the COVID-19 virus. I would recommend him to my friends. My ONLY complaint was that someone (and I do not know who) submitted my husband's email address as the purchaser instead of mine WITHOUT asking us first and it has caused numerous headaches, time and trouble in getting it changed and straightened out. Nobody bothered to asked us which email to use. It was done before we arrived at the dealership to finalize the paperwork with the the finance dept. Someone assumed just because my husband made the initial inquiry on a car, that he was the purchaser. It has caused problems with the Toyota app, Sirius Radio, etc. so next time, please verify this information with the customer before assuming that you know what it correct. Thank you. More
