With new ownership in place, I decided to give Maguire Toyota a try. I was highly impressed with the way I was greeted when I walked in for service. How is the email I was sent from Tom Fogarty when he was replaced as GM of Grand Island? Seems that attention to detail is lacking with Maguire. In the 2:15 I waited for only an oil change the new gm (of a replaced as GM of Grand Island? Seems that attention to detail is lacking with Maguire. In the 2:15 I waited for only an oil change the new gm (of a newly acquired location) passed me a minimum of 3 times and never took the time to either say hi or inquire why I was still sitting in the waiting room. The deal went pretty smooth. Was able to purchase the truck and drive away the same day. The wheels were a little out of balance when I got on the thruway, but I took it back and Was able to purchase the truck and drive away the same day.
