Both of them took the time to explain everything within their respective scopes and made sure to answer in detail any questions that came up, clarifying any confusion we had. There was, however, a lot of wasted time filling out preliminary paperwork just to begin to talk about a deal (apparently to ensure we were “serious buyers”). None of the other dealerships we had visited had required such paperwork to be filled out. We had also asked to come back the next day to finish up signatures, since it had been a long day and had gone late into the evening, but we received empty threats from Mel about selling the car, if we chose to do so. More

Prompt, on-time, a little confused at desk My vehicle was received promptly. The service tech was unable to explain the purpose of the recall. Maybe it doesn't matter as long as I get it done My vehicle was received promptly. The service tech was unable to explain the purpose of the recall. Maybe it doesn't matter as long as I get it done. They finished the work ahead of schedule and the service tech was explaining the recall work and the 210,000 mile service. I told him that the car only has 36,000 miles and was only there for a recall. There was a mix-up in the paperwork that he couldn't explain. They checked the tires, pressures, and fluids for free. That is a real nice service. Other than the mix-up, he was polite and was trying hard, which I appreciate. These were minor things. Overall, the service was good and the employees were attentive. Note: I had to select an employee that I worked with in order to submit this review. I chose Brian Butcher, but I don't know who I actually worked with. I don't have the paperwork with me that says the guys name. More
Alternator Battery Died - overnight drop-off My Prius wouldn't start and couldn't be jumped so we had it towed to Maita on a Sunday afternoon and used the overnight drop box. I was immediately c My Prius wouldn't start and couldn't be jumped so we had it towed to Maita on a Sunday afternoon and used the overnight drop box. I was immediately contacted on Monday morning. The rep already knew that I had an appointment coming up in two weeks for a recall and asked me if I wanted to have it taken care of as well while the car was being looked at. I ended up needing to have the alternator battery replaced. All was done by 3pm on Monday and I picked up my car with plenty of time to spare at the end of the day. Thank you, Brian, for saving me a second service trip for the recall. :) More
