Marlon had my info at his desk upon arrival and arranged an Uber ride home for me. 3 hour oil change? I had a scheduled oil change, which had been scheduled over 5 months in advance. At the time of the scheduling back in August, I was told that the app I had a scheduled oil change, which had been scheduled over 5 months in advance. At the time of the scheduling back in August, I was told that the appointment would take 1.5 hours. When I arrived for my oil change in February, they told me it would take 1.5 hours. But in reality, it took 3 hours. If I had known from the beginning that it would take 3 hours, I would have gone home and left my car at Maita, but because I thought it would be just 1.5 hours, I stayed and waited. When I asked afterwards why my appointment took 3 hours, they said it was because they did not have a Chevrolet oil filter so had to go get one from another building, because I was at Maita Toyota. However, they knew about my appointment and had 5 months to get the right oil filter in time for my oil change. I am very disappointed with this service. More
