A lot of problems with my service appointment I didn't receive a call back from my service advisor as promised. I was passed on to another advisor. He was much more responsive. I did get a free rental car because of my extended warranty coverage. I went in to pick my car up after I got a phone call telling me the service was completed. When I was about to drive off I noticed the check engine light was on. I was pretty irritated. Someone should have noticed this before I got into the car to drive off. Pretty basic stuff. It was another few days before the check engine light issue was fixed. I had to get another rental car. Pretty annoying experience. More
