Amazing service I grew up without a father. For that reason I know nothing about cars. I lived in Napa for a year and had a car shop tell me i had x, y, and z wrong w I grew up without a father. For that reason I know nothing about cars. I lived in Napa for a year and had a car shop tell me i had x, y, and z wrong with my car and that it would cost me 700$ to fix. I couldn't do it. I went to toyota and told them about it (the one in Napa) and they showed me my car lifted on where the car shop lied about what was wrong with my car. They just wanted my money. After that experience I only trusted toyota. When i moved to sacramento i had to go to a new toyota dealership. A little nervous to go to a new dealership, they ended up taking great care of me! I love going here because they never tell me things my car doesn't need fix for money. Every time i go for an oil change i ask about my brakes or something else and they show me on the paper after looking at my car where my brake levels are and how they're good. When they could easily try to jip me like the car shop i went to. Plus, the workers are always so beyond nice to me!! They make my experience so personal and amazing! I dont know his name, but he races boats and he helps me with my car info to take me in. He is so sweet along with luis! More
