Disappointed with overall experience. I had a great quote from another dealer but since Maita was close by, I called them up to see if they would match the other dealer’s price and the rep I had a great quote from another dealer but since Maita was close by, I called them up to see if they would match the other dealer’s price and the representative Colette and Tyler immediately told me yes and that they would beat that quote I was given and even give an extra $200 for Presidents’ Day on top of the best price from the other dealer if I made an appointment to come today. I told them I will arrive at 2:30PM and to have the car ready because I knew exactly what I wanted and I have already test driven the car prior and they said as long as I have the quote ready for them but I double check and confirmed before heading over if they will beat that price because I didn’t want to waste any time. I was on a time constraint and I told them that I want to finish this process as quickly as possible. They told me that they will have the car ready and pulled up for me. I arrive 10 mins before 2:30pm. I waited for them until past 2:30pm. They didn’t have the car ready or pulled up. Tyler pushed me off to a diff rep who really didn’t know much. I gave them the quote and told them to get me a set price while I’m test driving the car. The representative Tyler told me to send him the quote. I screen shot it to show him and I wanted to text it to him but he refused and wanted me to forward him the email. I did not want to forward all the emails I was conversing with the other dealer, but Tyler told me that he can help me just send the last one with the quote but he lied because I found out he sent the whole thread and everything in it to himself. I was not happy. When I got back from the test drive we waited a while longer before they show up to even talk about car numbers. And then I got even more annoyed when they finally came back to help me, Tyler did not have the quote ready and we had to again “haggle” for the price when he told me prior he was going to match and beat it. The other dealership was giving an extra $200, but After Going back and forth for what seemed like forever now he told me he wouldn’t be able to give us that extra incentive even though his associate Colette had told me on the phone that she was going to give me that extra $200 not including the other dealers offer. On top of that the other dealership was giving out the extra $500 cash incentive for Presidents’ Day that they told me they would match over the phone and to come in but that was never brought up in the conversation and I had forgotten about that because I was already waiting there a long time and I was getting tired. After finally getting a quote- which was not the matched quote as promise, we had to wait even longer. After 4-5 long hrs it was finally done but then one of the key battery that was given was dead. They were also pushing back and forth to have someone put the temp license plate on the car. I didn’t notice they didn’t match the price correctly until the next day. I called Toyota customer care and told them about my situation. They reached out to Maita and a representative told me that the $500 incentive was only for leasing but I was speaking about the Presidents’ Day incentive that was for making a purchase. She wasn’t any help. I called Toyota back and they called Maita and I spoke to the Internet manager Mike and he was not nice about the situation and was very aggressive towards me. He said there’s nothing he could do. I was very disappointed that they didn’t match the price and honor the incentive as stated over the phone and wasted more of my time. I wouldn’t have bought a car here in the first place if I knew they weren’t going to be honest or match the price. I wanted to return the car and get it at the other dealer instead because I was wasting 5 hours of mess. But what I don’t understand is if I already had the quote and knew exactly what car I wanted- why did it still take 5 hours for the whole process. One of the worst car buying experience I ever had at this dealership. They are not honest and will lure customers into buying a car at their price. More

service the one thing that would make me give a 5 star rating is to have my car washed and vacuumed when I pick it up after service. Polite and attentive experience My service experience was great. I was taken care of as soon as I pulled into the bay. My attendant took really good care of me and was very knowledgeable about why I was there. In the end he knew I needed a rental car and pointed me in the right direction to get my rental vehicle. I have no issues with the service department. Now the car sales department is a different story. Please send me an email so I can rate them and my poor experience I had after I purchased my Tundra.
