Above and Beyond Brought our 2014 Rav4 in for what turned out to be a loose sunroof frame. Took tech Chris out to recreate the noises and he agreed it was coming from Brought our 2014 Rav4 in for what turned out to be a loose sunroof frame. Took tech Chris out to recreate the noises and he agreed it was coming from the sunroof area. Service writer Bryce wrote the work order and we showed him our warranty plan from another company (we purchased the vehicle used) and he followed up on it. Turns out the warranty company denied the claim as "rattles are not covered". Bryce went the extra mile and submitted the claim to Toyota HQ to see if the sunroof could get fixed as a "good will" gesture. We were in the process of appealing the warranty company's denial of our claim when Bryce notified us that Toyota would cover the costs of the replacement of the sunroof frame. Fast Service I came in for my 5000 miles inspection. It was a Saturday and even though I had an appointment, I knew there was going to be a wait. There was A LOT o I came in for my 5000 miles inspection. It was a Saturday and even though I had an appointment, I knew there was going to be a wait. There was A LOT of people there. Terrence said that it was going to be about an hour to 90 minute for my car to be done. I went to brunch and before I even ordered my food, Terrence called me and said my car was done. I think that was about 45 minutes. I appreciate the fast service! More
