Oil change I live in Nevada and get my oil changed on the road when it’s time. Been to Maita 2 different times and had a problem with changing my oil the next ti I live in Nevada and get my oil changed on the road when it’s time. Been to Maita 2 different times and had a problem with changing my oil the next time it was due at home. Both Times I had a issue getting the skid plate and the filter housing off. The work was good but it seamed like they used a impact wrench to put things back together. Is there really a reason to have things so tight? The housing got messed up the first time I changed it and the last time it got broken. So now I need a new one. I called the service manager there and told him the issue. So he is sending me a new housing. I’ll be a little skeptical next time I’m in the area and need a oil change. More

From the time of my arrival to the time the car was ready was almost eight hours! I have usually been pleased with the service from this location. Unfortunately, this time the service bore little relation to my past experience. I certainly hope things are better the next time I bring in a vehicle for service. Erik Pihl More

In addition I had noticed a check engine light come on, and then disappear! Also average mileage was starting to deteriorate( just the last couple of days. As usual, the tech was very diligent and found what was probably the root-cause to these problems, and fixed them! Although the Toyota dealers seem to charge dearly for their service, they also did though enough to save me about $400 in additional repairs and parts at the same time! More

Maita Toyota was the closest to my home downtown with a convenient location and friendly faces upon arrival. Representative Arika ultimately walked me though the different options both vehicle wise and financially. She made the entire process smooth and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable in her field and answered each of my questions with professionalism and care. I definitely did not go into this moment hoping for such a great experience and I walked away happy with my Toyota Camry decision as well as overall satisfaction on the dealership and its representatives. I cannot recommend Arika highly enough. She deserves five star treatment in there for her five star service. Thank you so much Arika and Maita Toyota of Sacramento! I'll definitely be returning when it's time for a new vehicle! More
