When i got to the dealer a young man i think his name was Luis welcomed me and took care of my car very profecional, they took less than 1 hour to service my car also bought whiper blades amd the same gentlemen that helped me sent someone over tonhelp me put them on, service was great frim the moment i called to when i left the dealer. It took them over 15 minutes to find and deliver the car to the "pickup" lanes and we were over 20 minutes before we could leave. After all the good things we experienced this left a bad taste in the mouth. When the customer is ready to leave, get him out of there or keep him informed as to the progress. More
