I don’t buy a new car very often! I’ve been an entirely satisfied 100% Maita maintenance customer ever since I bought my first car from them in 2007. This year (2018) I bought another new one, using my well-preserved trade-in. Easy peasy, and a good deal without haggling. There were a number of people I dealt with throughout the process, all of them personable, knowledgeable and expeditious. My apologies for not retaining names very well! Roland Ada was my main go-to guy. He answered questions fully and frankly and provided all the information I requested. He didn’t try to steer me. Basically, I sold myself the car, and it was an informed, satisfying purchase with no unpleasant surprises. Thanks, Roland! Thanks, Maita. See you in the winter for my first maintenance (they’ve already scheduled). More

Although I was in for a routine oil change and servicing, I also was very concerned about a dashboard Maita consistently emphasizes customer service. Although I was in for a routine oil change and servicing, I also was very concerned about a dashboard warning light that appeared periodically (red ! In a triangle). Marlon Nonog was awesome! He was attentive to my concerns and even suggested the possible cause (low oil level), which was confirmed by the mechanic who worked on my car. When my car was ready, Marlon went over the findings and suggested more frequent oil changes due to the age of my car. I haven’t had any problems with the red ! since. Thank you, Marlon and Maita.
