They removed several steps in the overall process of having your vehicle brought into their shop - Great Moves on their part. The time it took to perform routine service on my vehicle was also significantly reduced. I am not sure of the details behind the scenes, but there is noticeable improvement. Thanks Maita More

Service for Check-Engine Light Based on my latest service on April 12, 2018, I wouldn't recommend the Auburn Blvd. Maita for service. After initially checking in for my appointment, Based on my latest service on April 12, 2018, I wouldn't recommend the Auburn Blvd. Maita for service. After initially checking in for my appointment, I waited almost two hours and no one gave me any feedback on my car. I had to find someone to ask them to give me a status as to how much longer I was going to have to wait. I only then discovered that they hadn't done anything to my car yet. I was told they'd have to keep my car overnight and they'd call me with an estimate. I called my family for a ride home. I have had my car serviced at this Maita location many times and have always had exemplary service, but this time was definitely an exception. I was very disappointed. More
