I was told it's impossible to fix the low tire inflation light because the sensors have batteries that eventually die and I'll just have to get used to having a flashing dashboard light all the time. I purchased a 2023 RAV4 hybrid XSE that was in the lot & didn’t know a Safecat was already installed. When asked by the finance person if I’d like to purchase a Safecat & have it installed on the vehicle fo didn’t know a Safecat was already installed. When asked by the finance person if I’d like to purchase a Safecat & have it installed on the vehicle for an additional $499. I said “yes” & it was added to the finance documents as an additional purchase & install. When I got home I saw on the invoice a Safecat was already installed on the vehicle. Since purchasing the vehicle I have been unable to get anyone at the dealership to return my calls regarding this issue. Who can I turn to for assistance? Normally, this is a very good dealership.
