I waited 3 hours for an oil change. After two hours, Angel Cruz came by & told me they are starting on my car now. You are kidding I said. There was grease/oil tracked on my floor mats and door jambs on driver and passenger sides of the car when it was returned to me. I was very disappointed to see this.
