Generally everyone was great, but a 3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation was a bit long. Additionally, getting confirmation that the tire rotation was performed wasn't clear on the paperwork re oil change and tire rotation was a bit long. On a previous service, they identified the steering rack and other related components that should be looked into. After doing a thorough inspection and cleaning off the components, Emilio said that the amou and other related components that should be looked into. After doing a thorough inspection and cleaning off the components, Emilio said that the amount of grease that was leaking was well within the expectations of a car with 159,000 miles and needed no repairs. They even waved the service charge for a diagnosis. The next week we brought the Camry in because we thought one of the tire pressure sensors was not working properly. It turned out. There was a nail in a tire and they fixed the tire at no charge to us. That is what I like about Maita is I don’t feel like they try to do work that you don’t need. It’s more important to me to be able to trust the repair shop than it is to get cheap prices. More

The service department did a great job of diagnosing the problem I had with my vehicle. While it did take a while to get it resolved, the service advisor kept me updated and did what he said He would do. problem I had with my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for routine service at Maita Toyota and left feeling frustrated and uncertain about the quality of work performed. After the service, I got into my car and immediately noticed the tire and left feeling frustrated and uncertain about the quality of work performed. After the service, I got into my car and immediately noticed the tire pressure warning light was still on. I approached a service technician and asked about it. He checked one tire with a handheld gauge and told me everything was fine—that the system just hadn’t updated yet and the light would turn off once I started driving. That turned out to be false. After driving off, the warning light stayed on. When I got home, I checked all four tires myself. Each one was at 30 PSI, a full 6 PSI below the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. So not only was the warning light correct, but the technician also gave me bad information—or worse, knowingly dismissed a real issue. This experience shook my confidence in the entire service visit. If they didn’t bother to inflate the tires properly—or check them at all—how can I trust that they actually rotated the tires or changed the oil? Basic tasks were skipped, and instead of correcting the issue, I was sent away with a false explanation. This kind of service is unacceptable from any shop, let alone a dealership. It left me questioning everything that was supposedly done and feeling like customer safety wasn’t a priority. More
