I bought the car from Maida Toyota and have only serviced it here. While the wait times are long, the waiting area is clean, has comfortable chairs and a nice cafe. I'm generally very pleased with the services here. Advisors were all friendly but the service men or technicians who work on your car in the back (who you don't see) never pump enough amount of air in Advisors were all friendly but the service men or technicians who work on your car in the back (who you don't see) never pump enough amount of air into my tires when this is part of the maintainance service they say on the paperwork they provide. I think they simply reset the tire pressure indicator and let you go so they can save time and work on next customer's car. Everytime after I leave the parking lot, my tire pressure light would come on in about 20 minutes and I have to always get it done at gas station. This issue has always been the same for the last over 10 years and should be definately brought up to the upper management to address on. More
