Maita service center has always been the place where I bring my vehicles. But this time the initial diagnostic was not correct but still costly. I had to bring it back because the problem was not resolved bring my vehicles. But this time the initial diagnostic was not correct but still costly. I spent more time and money this time but the job was done right. I am satisfied. More

Poor customer service. They knew of delays in service due to being shorthanded, but didn’t tell me and let me waste 2.5 hours before I found out my car hadn’t been touched. It was for an oil change. Purchased my vehicle in 2012 & have had Maita perform all the service work. I am always HAPPY to receive "good news" by the Service Tech that everything is normal and in good condition.
