I took my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 and it seemed to me the service advisor doesn’t understand what is ware&tare and heating up of brakes. Initially they said all was normal after they checked it up but I had service advisor doesn’t understand what is ware&tare and heating up of brakes. Initially they said all was normal after they checked it up but I had to find the defect for them. They charged me for checking and later when I rapiers my vehicle it seemed they they didn’t even opened it up. I understand ware & take not covered however heating up should had been investigated under warranty and repaired accordingly. Extended warrantee bought by me from Toyota a waste of money. More
