I brought my 2012 Prius to have the battery recharged. It was the original battery, 10 years old, warranty 3 years. I was told by the service agent that they would check to see if my battery would hold It was the original battery, 10 years old, warranty 3 years. I was told by the service agent that they would check to see if my battery would hold charge and if not, I would have the option of replacing. He gave me the price of a new battery and told me the warranty is for 7 years. I decided to give the service team the go ahead to replace the battery if needed. I really appreciated being given the option. The service team tried twice to charge my old battery but it did not hold the charge. So I got a new battery. More

Everything was on schedule as planned. When I came in they told me 6hrss., and it was only 5. The Uber was right on time, from the make, model and license plate and drivers name and the color of the car they told me 6hrss., and it was only 5. Service representative was very helpful, explained what needed to be done, and advised me of "standard" options which would be done only if necessary, Service representative was very helpful, explained what needed to be done, and advised me of "standard" options which would be done only if necessary, saving considerable money from the "standard" service option. Jason Saephanh went way beyond the call of duty for a minor purchase helping me with information to repair some scratches, including choosing the right color and then coming to my car and explaining how to properly prep and use the repair paint.
