I much rather would have knowledgeable, qualified, and certified mechanics of a product do repair and maintenance work that someone who has a generic understanding of automobiles, and uses generic parts. Service up front--at the counter--also matters (assuming, of course that the final work has been done properly); friendly people with a no-nonsense approach to needs and costs allows me to leave with a peace of mind in knowing--or at least thinking or believing--that I have been treated fairly. Dark tinted windows Chris called me and asked me to bring in my Camry because my Camry came with a 'Protection Package' (I think that's what it's called). I mentioned to Chris that I wish the dark tint on the windows can be changed. Chris said it could. I was so happy because the tint was very dark. I got my car back with the exterior protection, mud flaps and a lighter tint. I'm very happy. My Camry is beautiful. I also want to thank Norbert who explained all that was done as we were walking around my car. More
