Definitely recommend I drove up to the dealership without an appointment for an oil change. I knew that it could be a while. I was greeted very warmly and was taken to the desk for further details on the process. Everything was clearly explained and I was then offered a cup of coffee and a nice clean area to wait for my car. I could not believe it, but my car was done 30 minutes later. I knew I would probably wait for a while, especially if I didn't have an appointment, but the whole experience was just surprising and wonderful. More

He took me in even though I My maintenence light came on. I just bought my Toyota, Jaris the 28th of June and I couldn't understand why It came on. He took me in even though I didn't have an appointment to check it out and it was a very busy that day. He was so very friendly and understanding and took the time to check it out. Made an appointment but it took too long-twice in a row I made an appointment and was told that I didn't have one. Called the dealership the next day and they confirmed there was an appointment. Was told I made an appointment and was told that I didn't have one. Called the dealership the next day and they confirmed there was an appointment. Was told specifically:"If you had made an appointment then we would've had you out of here in an hour and a half." When the answer was, "I had an appointment!" No response, just strange/crazy look given. Had to wait over two hours for my car and had a toddler with me...not fun especially when you had an appointment. They also used to shuttle you somewhere if you wanted to but they no longer have this service for service under four hours. We won't be back...we will start going to Folsom Toyota instead. I feel I should state that the time before this, my freezer bags that were in my trunk were ruined by blue fluid plus they weren't all there! Plus it took longer than anticipated plus my car was parked in the rain and while I struggled to get my children in the car seats in the rain, service technicians were laughing. Pretty sure at me because I was very upset and asked for help but got none because it was closing time. I called and left a message of complaint and I never received a call back that time. This time, I got a call back and "sorry" and "I'll talk to them." Pft. Gee, thanks. We gave you a second chance and you blew it. More
