Excellent Experience Had a 7:00 am service appointment for 30K service. Meet Art, the service writer, and got checked right in. The Service Advisor got the paperwork done Had a 7:00 am service appointment for 30K service. Meet Art, the service writer, and got checked right in. The Service Advisor got the paperwork done with no waiting. Was advised that it would be approximate 1 hour to 1.5 hours for the service. Told them I would wait for my vehicle.
