Quick, friendly, competent. I had a "Maint reqrd" (maintenance required) light on, and after the service department looked at the car's mileage, no oil change was needed, so they I had a "Maint reqrd" (maintenance required) light on, and after the service department looked at the car's mileage, no oil change was needed, so they did a general inspection, said the brakes are good, recommended cleaning the air intake, as well as replacing worn tires in the next 6 months. They reset the warning light, and charged me $0.00 (ZERO) !!! I got an email with the vehicle inspection report. All Toyota employees were friendly and helpful. More
