Took longer than expected. Not very welcoming. Waiting area was nice. Had to wait an extra 20 min. due to filter that needed replacement. A text message was sent which I did not see immediately. Worth an hours drive! I have had 3 Toyota vehicles and have dealt with a few dealerships for service but Maita Toyota was the best so far! The only thing that could make it better is if they had a kid room where parents with kids could wait with a TV on kids stuff and some basic toys. More
