My experience with Jason Saephanh, service advisor I was really happy with the service Jason has provided me. He was very professional, polite and had lot of knowledge. He took care of me from start to I was really happy with the service Jason has provided me. He was very professional, polite and had lot of knowledge. He took care of me from start to end and even went extra mile to provide me Uber to pick me up from home after i dropped 1 car home and went to pick another car from service dept. I went first thing in the morning when your service dept opened. Though it was so early, Jason's smile on his face while serving me made my day. I felt that i was in the good hands. Professional, helpful and friendly I was greeted by the staff first thing, then taken into Bob and he reviewed my car (I had just bought used) and reviewed the service history and ascer I was greeted by the staff first thing, then taken into Bob and he reviewed my car (I had just bought used) and reviewed the service history and ascertained that it was due for the 20K service (free as it was just within the 2 yr period), the CVT transmigration that needed a software update, and then worked with the Parts Desk and took care of the key fob concern (Lou from Parts was awesome).
