100,000 mile maintenance I have taken my car in every six months since I purchased it new in May 2009. Dissapointing and Decieving Had my tires rotated one week which was a good experience at Maita (would have been 5 stars). Was informed everything was great and to come back in 6 Had my tires rotated one week which was a good experience at Maita (would have been 5 stars). Was informed everything was great and to come back in 6 months. Went in 5 days later with a nail in my tire. Did not follow the recommendations to change all four tires. Almost bought two because I was informed that the tire can be repaired but may not be safe. Because the price changed within 5 minutes I was done. I was reminded that my tires should be replaced because the car is 5 years old. I again reminded the sales clerk I was just in last week and was informed everything looked good. Keep in mind I drive very little and have 20, 000 miles on my car. Shame on you Toyota. More

Great cuatomerservice! Called to see if i was able to take my car in for service with no appoinment and the laddy that was helping me was great she was able to put me in the Called to see if i was able to take my car in for service with no appoinment and the laddy that was helping me was great she was able to put me in the schedule to get my car serviced same day. When i got to the dealer a young man i think his name was Luis welcomed me and took care of my car very profecional, they took less than 1 hour to service my car also bought whiper blades amd the same gentlemen that helped me sent someone over tonhelp me put them on, service was great frim the moment i called to when i left the dealer. Great customerservice! More

Excellent customer service I am so grateful for the folks at Maita Toyota. I needed help with my car that broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I had my car towed to the facility. O I am so grateful for the folks at Maita Toyota. I needed help with my car that broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I had my car towed to the facility. On Monday morning they called me and clearly explained the details of getting my car repaired, by noon on Monday they had my car diagnosed and it was actually going to take 3 days to get fixed but they had it done by 5 pm on Monday = all better! They did a great job facilitating the warranty coverage too! I am so happy with the service. I felt very taken care of. All my questions and worries were taken care of. More
