Had AAA here to start car and check battery. Said battery is weak. Making an appointment with Maita Toyota of Sacramento online was a snap. Appointment confirmation emails and a phone call from Maita service Department were appreciated. Service Greeters and Service Team always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. (I also have a 2006 Scion, also bought new in 2005, so I've been a regular customer of Maita since at least 13 years now.) The mechanics always do a thorough and excellent job of taking care of whatever problems/maintenance needs to be done. This time my aux. battery (~4.5 years old) had to be replaced. My AC system was low on refrigerant and had to be charged w/dye to make sure any leaks that may be in the system can be found later. Oh yes! Maita also now uses Uber for courtesy (no charge to customer) rides home and back to Maita when needed. Very fast pickup & drop off service. Overall, EXCELLENT! (As usual.) More

Then I received an email reminder which is always appreciated. I waited about five minutes then another individual helped me, I guess you’d call him my main service provider. He explained what they’d be doing, how long it would take and what it would cost. Waiting in Maita’s facility is a pleasure, it’s clean, bright, colorful, spacious and provides ample seating for whatever it is you prefer to do while waiting, e. g. Watch TV, read, review your emails, have a coffee or tea and something to eat., or just to sit quietly. My service was completed ahead of the amount of time my service provider quoted, another plus! Finally, he had completed and explained all the paperwork simply and in a friendly way. Then I received my key and was n my way, My only gripe, if you can call it that is i am no longer eligible for the ‘package deal’ where you purchase x number of service visits for a specified amount. After 45,000 miles you pay regular cost; I had just seceded that number of miles! I always like a deal and loved that ne. Maybe someday Maita will offer other such deals for service. More
