Great Customer Service I had some catching up maintenance work to be done that added up to more than I expected. I thought I might need new brakes and Luis understood my co I had some catching up maintenance work to be done that added up to more than I expected. I thought I might need new brakes and Luis understood my concern. He was able to propose a solution that would allow me to postpone some work to the next visit if I should need brake pads (or whatever). Fortunately, no brake work was required and we could proceed with the maintenance work. More

Friendly and getting the work done quickly. I liked that the the service department was open until 9 pm on a Saturday. I was visiting my sister in Sacramento. My car had to be towed. Easy Maintenance Just in for routine service (Toyota Care) and took less than one hour...Marlon is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about my car's history Just in for routine service (Toyota Care) and took less than one hour...Marlon is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about my car's history. Waiting area is comfortable. My only issue was I declined a car wash or rinse that service dept offers -- I had just had a special, expensive car wash & detail the day before. But service dept did it anyway (which kept me waiting another 10 minutes) and because they didn't dry it, there were water spots all over my pretty car. But otherwise, I would always recommend Maita. More
