I like this dealership and normally I’m happy with the service department, but this latest visit was disappointing. Bang Shenghai or something like that wrote up my service order and scolded me for not v service department, but this latest visit was disappointing. He didn’t call when my car was ready for pickup and he didn’t call in response to my calling in to check on it. When I called a second time, the service department receptionist told me the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car, no one was at the service desks so I went straight to the cashier who eventually found my paperwork. I had asked about a price on the Hydraulics replacement for my rear hatch. No one bothered to get that info for me. After paying, I went out to wait for my car and it took a long time to come. I missed a day of work despite taking the car in at 7:00 AM. Service? I think not. More
