In what seemed like a lifetime, I cobbled the pieces to be able to start the car, drove to Toyota where my regular, preferred, and ONLY PERSON, Junko, handles my maintenance visits--has done this for the life of my 11-year-old Rav 4 ! I ask for her, I accept no one else, and scan calendars to see when she is in! If she is ever not there I will change maintenance locations--no kidding! So lucky day for me, a SINGLE TOYOTA key was found in inventory and microchip was transferred as necessary. It was pricey ($180.00+) but Junko said new models begin key replacement at $350, so I quieted down. Junko is knowledgable, efficient, pleasant, reliable to advise me such as knowing when to add new windshield wipers, how to add relief fragrance for stale inside-auto air, when to buy tires, when to get maintenance. SHE IS THE BEST. Give her a raise, ha ha. Carolyn Lucas More
I was satisfied with your maintenance service Good job was done! Well, there wasn't any attention that I've mentioned about my own fluids, so I get extra charges. EXCUSE ME....Maita should call Uber as a courtesy to the customer. Likewise, a call from Maita that the car is ready for pickup should asked if a ride is need, if so customer rep will make the call to Uber for pick up; unless customer indicates that there is a ride available. SHAME, SHAME.... Luckily another service rep was able to hear that I don't use a cell phone and offered to call Uber on my behalf. That's real customer service. Kudos for him - but not for her. Cost to inspection should be on a scale. $149 to find out that it was a leakage and that a $30+ gas cap was needed. WOW.....$180+ later. With your updated machinery, I am sure it didn't take over an hour to detect the leakage especially when gas caps is a common problem. More
Satisfied I had my first maintenance service recently, and it was efficient. I was in and out of there in 1 hour. The customer lounge is great, too. I had my first maintenance service recently, and it was efficient. I was in and out of there in 1 hour. The customer lounge is great, too. More

This a My recent experience at Maita service center was extremely disappointing. I came in for a courtesy oil change for which I had an appointment. This appointment was confirmed by the service center and I showed up 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. I was told that the entire service would take 1 hour. After 2 hours of waiting, I had to hunt down my service manager to be told that they were waiting on a part (the oil filter). Given that I had made an appointment for this service it would be understandable to assume that this part would have been acquired ahead of said service. I was told it would be about another hour. I did not drive off the lot for another 90 minutes. While they did comp me with another free oil change, this degree of poor service is unacceptable and I am contemplating whether or not I want to capitalize on another “free” oil change as I don’t want to kill another day. The least they could have done was offer me some coffee or something complimentary from their snack bar. More

I lingered a bit; yet, still, I was not assisted. I decided to go inside... I had to initiate greetings with the first individual I could make eye contact with. Needless to say, I was not greeted by a single Toyota employee / servicemen(women) even though several of them looked my way. A number of them were not even occupied. Disappointing "service" that I will not be returning for in the future. Little courtesies go a long way. More
