The service was excellent however the constant barrage of texts and emails to fill out a survey has been nothing short of annoying and grating. Since my last service I’ve received 5 texts and 3 emails asking texts and emails to fill out a survey has been nothing short of annoying and grating. Since my last service I’ve received 5 texts and 3 emails asking to fill out a survey on top of several staff members asking for them. This behavior along with the constant spam with seemingly no way to opt out has made me dread coming for service at the center. If the management actually reads these surveys I wish to encourage them to dramatically reduce the focus on such surveys and marketing material as they put stress on employees and customers alike.
