The service team was friendly and courteous. I arrived at 7 am and Servive Advisor Renee’s team was ready to complete the tire replacement/install on my Bronco Sport. She complimented me on having connected with MPP ahead of time, and that it made the transaction go very smoothly. When I arrived the coffee machine in the lobby was not working. A young lady on the service team (I didn't catch her name) apologized for the inconvenience and offered to bring another customer and me a cup of coffee from the sales office (requiring a trek up and down the hill between the buildings)! Rushed me through the process,didn’t explain the paperwork, sold me a vehicle with features not working ,not cleaned, when asked about my experience I told them the brakes were squeaking and the rea paperwork, sold me a vehicle with features not working ,not cleaned, when asked about my experience I told them the brakes were squeaking and the rear view camera wasn’t functioning at all I was told it’s a used car and it’s not there fault. Manager told me he’ll refer me to a place to fix the stuff at a discount rate but never called back. I told him the process was stressful and would like to just return the vehicle since it was less then a week. He said no return policy on used cars at all and was very nasty towards me as a customer. Didn’t like the service from the manager at all. The young guy who took me on the test drive was nice jus wasn’t knowledgeable of the cars issues we never put it in reverse More
