This service center is struggling. Techs troubleshot my truck for two weeks before directing me to another service center for parts. I’d call for an update and wouldn’t hear back from a rep for 24hrs. They truck for two weeks before directing me to another service center for parts. Awful help. I needed new brakes after buying a used 2017 car from them and they assured me the brakes were fine. After taking it to 2 different mechanics both said they needed replaced like yesterday. So af car from them and they assured me the brakes were fine.
