We bought a brand new car from them. To get a response on the phone is difficult. They do not respond and do not call back. Our car was multiple times in the shop but they could not fix the proble, Finally they stated their service department is a separate legal entity from the sales dealership. We should bring the car to the sales dealership. The sales dealership sent us back to that service department. Finally they refused to repair the car stating they do not get technical support from Ford. This is a dealership to not buy a car from. More
The service advisor Matteo was very accommodating. After I checked the car in I received a call explaining what was going on with my vehicle within hours and the advisor explained to me what was still After I checked the car in I received a call explaining what was going on with my vehicle within hours and the advisor explained to me what was still covered under warranty and what I'd be responsible for since my warranty expired on some items which I greatly appreciated. I am also extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism I received and the time frame in which the repair was completed.
