I dropped my truck off for service on Tuesday, 10/15/24 at Mall of Georgia Ford. I was having some transmission issues, service advisor Brian James called me yesterday saying the transmission needed to be at Mall of Georgia Ford. I was having some transmission issues, service advisor Brian James called me yesterday saying the transmission needed to be replaced and it wasn't under warranty, Cason Stewart was my old advisor and this is the first time I've worked with Brian.. On 9/11/21 I brought my truck back in 3 days after purchasing it due to issues. The transmission needed to be replaced and I would be given the limited warranty for it, 3 years/unlimited miles. Brian is saying they have no record of the transmission being replaced. My truck was at the service station from 9/11/21-11/3/21 for this repair. I'm not sure how it's possible for a dealership to not keep records better than this. The only record he says he has is an engine replacement, I brought my truck back in for that on 11/4/21-12/24/21. Which is a completely different invoice than the transmission. I don't understand how they don't have a record of my truck being there for a month and 3 weeks.for the transmission replacement. Brian offered to fix the transmission for 8k, but I know the transmission was replaced and has warranty. Update: I asked Brian how it was possible he didn’t have receipt of the transmission. He stated, “because we never replaced the transmission”, a blantent lie, or it’s just sad that they keep such bad records. I would recommend Mall of Georgia Ford to no one. More

I paid for an alignment while some warranty work was done. I was told that my tires were rotated and all 4 were balanced. I know for a fact that no ratation was done because I had one wheel with curb ra done. I was told that my tires were rotated and all 4 were balanced. This confirms that no rotation was done and makes me question if the alignment was actually done. My air conditioner was repaired properly, but I am not confident that the alignment was done. More
