Took it in for a morning appt and left it there, think it was 9:00 AM. All I was getting was the Zaktec application. Was not done by the end of the day. Could not get it until the next day. All I needed was a door handle for a transit van. It’s a plastic door handle does not need paint just bare plastic. Got it dropped off and no contact from dealer when ready. When I called they said they didn’t have my vehicle and I told them it is there and they picked it up and gave them an exact date when it got picked up. Then they pulled the advisor in with a manager and found that the repair had been closed and I set it up to be delivered when completed. They said sorry and it would be delivered in about an hour. Those calls back and forth were at noon. The vehicle was not ever deliver that day I called the next morning and said again we will get it to you in an hour and it was 5 hours later I went in to try and pick it up myself and the cashier said there was no vehicle for me. I told her to go get her manager because she could no longer give me service by being able to give me the keys to my vehicle. Finally got it they told me where it was parked and said it was across the street. It was not and it was in the back corner of the shop behind the gates and the garage on the left side. Highly dissatisfied with attention to detail and communication. More
