It took 5 days to replace a battery and they did not keep me updated in any way during the process. The service technicians should be retrained. They didn’t know how to take off my lug nuts. They said it was too rounded and when I tried removing them they easily came off. Either the technicians are incompetent or they are liars. They also tried to upsell me on services I didn’t even need like my spark plugs which were recently changed etc. they tried to make my mileage an excuse for the upsell. I just wanted a simple break services that shouldn’t have cost more than $500 but instead they quoted me for $2000 for services I did not need. Absolutely absurd and disappointing. I expect this from third party service stations not from a reputable dealership like ford. What an embarrassment. More
