I have had 2 service experiences now with this dealership and both were terrible. Communication is atrocious every step of the way. I have called their service number at least 20 times and had a human pick u and both were terrible. Communication is atrocious every step of the way. The service director should absolutely be fired as he hasn't a clue how to run a department. And I have been the GM of 2 dealerships in Atlanta, so I know a bit of which I speak. More
