As requested in your response to my review of Mall of Georgia Ford, I sent an email to Scott on April 15, 2025. I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. This lack of follow-through is consistent with the poor service I experienced throughout and only reinforces the fact that this entire business is disorganized, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional.
