This particular dealership is ran very poorly. They told me that they fixed my problem and that they test drove the vehicle but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and test drive it the test dri They told me that they fixed my problem and that they test drove the vehicle but when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and test drive it the test drive revealed that there’s no way anyone could’ve driven that vehicle to test drive and make sure that the problem was fixed. not to mention, they lied to me about my tire. I was told that I had a slow leak in my tie, but I know that I did not and they ran over something and punctured my tire and wanted to make me pay for it. They also replaced critical suspension and steering components and never did an alignment so I had to go elsewhere and pay for an alignment. They even told me that an alignment was not needed. They also damaged one of my wheels while replacing the tire that I had to pay for that they punctured at the shop. The level of dishonesty and lack of communication is out of this world. I am now seeking reimbursement for the tire as well as the alignment, but I can’t get anyone to call me back at the dealership. More
I could only give a 5, but honestly how I really feel, a 10+ for MANY reasons. Every time my vehicle needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie and Melvin who made sure this last a 10+ for MANY reasons. Every time my vehicle needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie and Melvin who made sure this last service was completed in just a couple of days (picked me up with an Uber when the work was finished), to Marilyn in customer service following up afterward making sure everything was good. A previous time, overhauling a transmission, not including the multiple testing, replacing two cameras front and rear, all in just two weeks, is absolutely AMAZING! Very happy with the work and service that they provided. This time they fixed my rear differential that was leaking. Their complete service team (customer service, service advisor, check-out, parts dept. and service techs) are so GREAT that although I drive the Lincoln brand, I prefer being serviced with Mall of Georgia Ford rather than my previous Lincoln dealer. As you can tell from this review I highly recommend them. More

I initially intended to move on from my terrible experience at Mall of Georgia Ford, but they reached out with a customer satisfaction survey—and that’s where they truly added insult to injury. M experience at Mall of Georgia Ford, but they reached out with a customer satisfaction survey—and that’s where they truly added insult to injury. My car was at this dealership for months, from late October to January, and despite nearly $3,000 worth of work, my vehicle still wouldn’t start. My service advisor, Mateo, was rude and dismissive when I brought up my concerns. After the dealership kept my car sitting there for over two months, I finally had it towed to another repair shop. That shop correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in just three days. I was ready to leave this situation in the past, but then I received their survey, which made me reflect on just how unacceptable my experience had been. Suddenly, they decided to offer me a refund—not for the months of inconvenience and unnecessary repairs but for the price difference between the original quote and the amount they actually billed me. Even then, they failed to follow through on processing the refund. This dealership had every opportunity to make things right but repeatedly failed to do so. They wasted my time, cost me thousands of dollars, and ultimately did nothing to fix my vehicle More
