From the beginning, Zach Stankowski has been professional, knowledgeable and most of all, respectful. After being in touch with Zach, it was a no brainer to choose Buford Mini. Zach always had an answer that could be backed up and that I trusted, about the entire process. I came late to look at a car and Chris went above and beyond to show me the car despite it being near closing time. He even drove with me to show my wife the car at home And he had to stay late. My salesman Matt Claxton was great, he was informative about the car. The day after I bought the car my wife had to visit to sign her parts. While she was pulling off into the parking lot she ran over a n about the car. The day after I bought the car my wife had to visit to sign her parts. While she was pulling off into the parking lot she ran over a nail that caused her tire to become flat. I was able to speak to Mark Stackhouse who was able to stop Aaron Haji in service before he left for the day. Even though the service department closed 30 min earlier they both jumped into action to try to assist my wife. The tire was not reparable. They worked and got my wife a courtesy car to drive home that night till they could order her a tire. They went far and beyond and for that I will make sure they are my go to for any of my future needs. More
