He was willing to stay late so I wouldn't have to miss work the next day. He provided unbelievable customer service!!! It's the little things that show the heart of a dealership and salesman. Patrick offered me lots of options and services and he respected my "no, thank you" answer without pushing. He spent the time to explain the car's tech and walked me through setting up bluetooth between my phone and my car. He did it all professionally without being put out by a tech challenged old lady. After the sale was complete and I was ready to drive away, he offered to follow me to the nearby gas station to fill the gas tank. It was after 10:00pm and the tank was more than half full.
