Mark Wilson is the man! He has more energy than any other salesperson that I have ever met! He was soo kind and made us feel welcomed from the very beginning! Shortly after sitting down at Marks desk his Manager Jordan made a point to stop by to say hello to us making sure that we were being taken care of(He too was very kind and really listened to what it was that we were looking for and as if he genuinely wanted to help and not just sell us something). From that point forward I have never seen a salesperson try harder! Mark showed us car after car making small tweaks each time after my husband found some new tech thing or feature that we had never really considered before. I felt so bad for being so indecisive but finally after Mark showing us 5 or 6 cars we found “THE ONE”! It was prefect! Mark was beyond patient with us. Decided to buy our second Mini (Countryman). With all of the issues (late 2021 - supply chain) it is difficult to find a new car that you really want.
