This dealer completely SCAMS their customers who pay $1. 500 for a gap-insurance only to encounter that so-called insurrance as a complete FRAUD. This fraudulent Insurrance company whom Honda endorses by sel 500 for a gap-insurance only to encounter that so-called insurrance as a complete FRAUD. This fraudulent Insurrance company whom Honda endorses by selling, PRETENDS to want to live up their obligation while basically avoiding pay-out and doing what is UNHEARD of in the gap-insurrance business by refusing to properly and professionally collaborate directly with the car-owner's main insurance. I have owned several Honda through the years but have lost faith in this subpar brand associating itself with such outright FRAUD. More

Jacob knight was my salesman at Manly Honda of Santa Rosa. He was amazing, he made my first car buying experience personal and memorable. This was my second car purchase from Manly, and it will be my last. Brandon was the original salesman that was helping me, and he was a gem— I returned about an hour after leaving to complete my purchase w be my last. I wanted to make sure Brandon got whatever commission or recognition for the sale and I was assured they would share it somehow. Greg was condescending and seemed burdened by my very normal questions about the car I was purchasing— including a breakdown of the vague DMV fees I was being charged. Rosa in the financial office rattled through what I was signing way too quickly and I had to make it a point to stop and read through what I was signing because nothing was explained to me unless I asked for clarification, which was often. She needs to understand that people sitting in the buyer’s chair need explanations and security in what they are signing, and even though it was the end of her day, I deserve the same respect and guidance as anyone else— especially when spending over $20,000. There was also a severely unprofessional interaction regarding a sales lead between the sales manager and another salesman while Greg was doing my preliminary paperwork in the sales office. It got so loud that I couldn’t hear Greg, who was sitting just across from me. There were f-bombs dropped by the sales manager, and finally the salesman he was yelling at suggested they take it outside. My friend also had her own terrible experience just days prior to my purchase, I will let her divulge that separately. I will never buy another car from Manly, and I will urge those I know to avoid the dealership as well. More
