Feals like working with family I began in the 1980s bringing my 1982 Accord (purchased used) in for service. I was NEVER pushed to buy anything. They, beginning with Mike Ruggles, I began in the 1980s bringing my 1982 Accord (purchased used) in for service. I was NEVER pushed to buy anything. They, beginning with Mike Ruggles, cared about my welfare more than money. Sometimes if money was a little short for me, I would ask if a certain procedure could wait for the next service. Often whoever was helping me would say 'yes,' but then I always brought my vehicles in for regular service. After purchasing a used 2002 Odyssey in 2003, it began its regular visits to Manly Honda Service with the same great results. I can't say enough good about your service department. I will take my vehicles to no other service. I trust them 100%! Now to December 2017, after a left-turner cut the corner too short, damaging my Odyssey, and his insurance wanted to total it. I had a small dilemma, what they would pay me would just cover the repair & my Odyssey was 16 yrs old with 205,000 miles. Although it still ran great, I decided it was time to buy a new vehicle. I talked to Mandi Sumner in Customer Service Upgrade. She selected Cory McMurray to help me. I downsized to a 2018 CR-V Touring AWD. Cory has been very helpful and I really enjoyed working with him. He never pushed me to add items, just listened to my desires and put it together for me. As I completed the financing paperwork, Mike Ruggles and Cory led me to Dave Sambad. Dave is a very kind gentleman who explained the paperwork and warranties. I had already been pre-approved for the loan at RCU, so the paperwork was quick and easy. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from Manly Honda. Maybe because I have been coming to Manly for so many years & know so many by name, it was like working with family during this entire process. Thank you Mr. Manly for your faithful employees who take pride in their work & care for your customers. You can be very proud of your employees. They have earned you your 5 Star rating. They are the Top!! By the way, I REALLY LIKE my new CR-V! More
